I have developed a support package for people who are undertaking the fasting weight loss program, particularly those who choose to fast over 2 non-consecutive days. Most people only require 2 hypnotherapy sessions, but may choose to come in at monthly intervals for support as required.

People who have begun this program have found it quite simple and easy to follow, with the two fast days simply being low intake days, rather than what they may perceive as fasting. It is as easy and effective as shown on television. It is not suitable however, for children, women who are pregnant, people with eating disorders, or people with diabetes.
